  6. All complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately. The customer will be informed of all progress.
  7. According to the Data Protection Act 1988 we do not supply any of your details to a third party, unless you have given ZI Fragrances express permission to do so.
  8. Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and full address details. ZI Fragrances reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.
  9. ZI Fragrances reserves the right to deliver certain orders to the Invoice Address only. Customers will be notified by e-mail if this is the case.
  10. If ZI Fragrances has insufficient stock levels to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible to either offer an alternative item (to the same value) or we will refund the cost of the unavailable goods. ZI Fragrances will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
  11. Customers have the right to return their order within 7 working days of receiving their goods. Where the customer exercises their right to cancel an order, the product costs only will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of returned goods as we do not refund postal charges.
  12. All returned products will be refunded or exchanged provided they have not been used, postage costs will only be refunded if goods received were incorrect, faulty or damaged upon receipt, photographic evidence may be required to support a claim.
  13. Returned items should be sent by Recorded Delivery, ZI Fragrances will not cover return postage costs for Special Delivery or any courier service.
  14. Any returned items must be received within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund or replacement. Any returned faulty goods after this time may only receive a part refund dependant on the amount of product used. Any goods returned more than 2 months after purchase, whether faulty or not, will not be refunded or replaced and the returned goods will be disposed of.
  15. If the rare occasion occurs whereby the customer receives an incorrect item, ZI Fragrances will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer requires a fast replacement, ZI Fragrances will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned incorrect item, refund the customer for the cost of their 2nd order and for their return postage.
  16. Orders returned ‘Not Called For’ by Royal Mail be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, not including postage. Customers will be notified and the order will be cancelled.
  17. Orders not recieved, which were dispatched by Standard Postage, will not be deemed ‘missing’ until 15 working days have passed, therefore no resend or refund will be offered until after this period.
  18. None of the above effects your statutory rights.


We at ZI Fragrances will not share, rent or sell your personal information. We will use your information for the sole purpose of processing your order. We will only contact you if we have a question about your order or if you have opted in to receive promotional mail from us.


Our postage structure is divided into one section. Purley within the UK. We charge a flat amount of £3.00 if the order is below £30 and if it is over £30 then it is free postage, usually sent with either Royal Mail/DHL/DPD. If you want something urgent and order before 11am we can send it on a next day delivery for £10


The oils that we sell have no connection what so ever with any designer label or brand. The names used are for a reference only to the fragrance.

When will my order be dispatched?

We offer same day dispatch for orders placed before 2pm and next day dispatch after 2pm. Note, this is only valid if payment is cleared up front. In case payment status is pending , we will dispatch your order as soon as we receive the confirmation of the payment. Bare in mind weekends and bank holidays are not included in the dispatch schedule. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day before 2pm.

If the order is already shipped we are not able to cancel it. Once you have received the items, please send it back to us in its original condition and we will refund your purchase.

How can I return or exchange an item ordered?

ZIFragrances makes every effort to make sure all goods dispatched are in perfect condition, should there be a problem or fault with the goods please return them within 7 days to the address below. We will exchange or issue a refund as stated in the Terms and Conditions of our website. Note: Always contact us for approval before returning any item. We do not take any responsibility on items returned to us without our consent or knowledge. Any goods returned must be notified within 48 hours of you receiving the product and all returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Goods must be returned to us fully packaged (original packaging), unused and in a re-sale condition at your cost. Are Your Oils All Natural? I Have Sensitive Skin.

The oils are not 100% Natural because sometimes synthetic chemicals have to be added in order to get an exact match on the designer perfume we are trying to recreate. Normally people with sensitive skin have a problem with Alcohol because it is a drying agent and not the perfume itself, so you should not have any problems when using our oils.

Why Should I Buy Perfume Oils And Not The Actual EDT?

Perfume itself is not very expensive at all, but when you buy off the High Street, you are paying for the expensive packaging. A huge mark up for the Designer brand, The Retailer and all the marketing costs. When you purchase an oil, you are not expected to cover all the overheads hence they are cheaper.

Are You Selling Fakes?

The perfume oils and fragrances that we sell are not fake. For something to be fake, It would have to be Identical to something. Our Designer Perfume Oils just resemble the fragrance and there legally is No Copyright on a Smell. Anyone can make a Fragrance and Market it. Even Retailers like Next and M&S sell Perfumes under their own Brand. However, when you take a closer look at the fragrance, It is indeed smells like a High Street Designer Fragrance.

What Is The Postage Charge?

For orders under £30.00. It Is £3.00. Anything over £30.00 is FREE. For all orders outside of the UK there is NO FREE postage available, please contact ZIFragrances for a bespoke quote.
